I read every comment that I recieve and it makes me smile knowing that you're enjoying what I post, even if it's only a sliver of my chaotic life. I say chaotic in a literal and symbolic way, because I guess the time finally came in 2010 when my "self-discovery" phase emerged for the sake of my adolescence. I became disconnected with much of my old friends and had a hard time digesting what was real and what was not. I became more engrossed in finding out the meaning of life and reading satirical literature and the like. This blog was not intended to be a fashion blog, though it's obvious that is the direction it headed toward. I originally made this blog to post rants/thoughts that I wouldn't normally have the courage to express to my peers since I can honestly count the number of trusted friends on one hand. I didn't necessarily find the meaning of life, but as time progressed I decided that I needed to get out of my homebody phase and to start making something worthwhile to look back on after high school. I'm making it clear, fashion is and has always been my creative outlet, but I never really thought of taking it to the level of putting myself out there for the interweb to see. However, now that I've experienced this, I'm glad to say that I managed to turn year 2010 around for me and I had fun. I will continue to post everyday nonsense and attempts at the nonchalant expression outfit documentations to your amusement. Happy 2011! Until later.
