oldie but goodie

If only I had legs that go on for days, how blessed Lindsey Wixson is. This still is by far my favorite Miu Miu collection. Genius with their sparrow/animal patterns and whimsical color schemes.

his dirty laundry is nothing I can't keep clean

Thrifted Beige Straw Hat | Vintage Blouse | Forever 21 Maxi Dress | Studded Strappy Heels

After momentarily worshipping Fedex and excitingly pawing through my package like a puppy with a bone, I finally got my small paws on my latest lust. I decided to dress up the maxi with a sheer red blouse, my handy dandy straw hat and my studded leather badboys. Wearing this fit, I feel as if I should be placed in the French Riviera setting, or something of the like. Black and white stripes always remind me of the French - and mimes. I love the French and their style considering that they did breed some of the world's most notable fashion icons and designers such as Coco Chanel and Brigitte Bardot. Je' taime!

shoe fetish

I was just lurking Topshop as usual and stumbled across these lust-drool-worthy shoes. Now, if only my style matched my budget.

hairspiration

I love the feeling of long lush hair falling down my back and the imagery is even more of an eye-candy. I think hair style and length are just as important as eyebrows, they help define your look and help you portray what you want to portray. Je t'aime long hair.

I only feel gravity and I wonder why

Goodwill Straw Hat | Camel Tank | Mom's Vintage Skirt | Vintage Leather Belt | Wedges

In other news, this week is Fashion Week in New York. How much I wish I resided in New York. I can only read online articles and immerse myself in the photos taken and live vicariously through those. On a side note, I will be posting some photo mixes of my inspirations for this season shortly.

luis venegas and acne

"Together with Acne Studios, Luis Venegas Editor in Chief of Candy Magazine has created a collection of three shirts. Working on the idea of a classic western shirt, but playing with detail and proportion, the end result is a fun take on masculine versus feminine." Oh, dear. I cannot express my love in words for this mini collection. J'adore the fits of each shirt, the enlarged bowties as well as the stiching.
